By engaging Bernardo Renovations for any services, you agree to these General Terms & Conditions.
- Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for a limited time and are based on the information available at the time of quoting. Prices may change if the scope of work changes, unforeseen site conditions arise, or materials increase in cost.
- Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required before work commences. Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed scope of work unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Variations
Any changes or additional work requested after acceptance of a quote may incur additional costs and must be agreed upon before proceeding.
- Timeframes
Estimated start and completion dates are provided as a guide only and may be affected by weather, material availability, or other factors outside our control.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing access to the site, ensuring clear working areas, and disclosing any relevant site conditions prior to commencement.
- Warranties and Workmanship
Bernardo Renovations stands by the quality of its workmanship. Any issues must be reported within a reasonable time to allow us the opportunity to rectify them.
- Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bernardo Renovations will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the services provided.
- Termination
Either party may terminate services in writing if terms are breached or circumstances prevent work from continuing.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
